This is my third SC/Rambler. I purchased a used "A" scheme SC/Rambler in 1972 off a uesd car lot in Arizona. I drove it thru my senior year of high school and into 1974. It was stolen one summer day and recovered totally stripped and burnt. I salvaged what I could from it and bought a rolling chassis "B" scheme and built another. In late 1975 I traded the "B" scheme for a full size car to try to impress a woman. What a mistake! Two wifes and three kids later in 2003 my love for this little car, still strong, I had to have another. My search began. I flew from California to Illinois to look at one. It was not good enough so four months later I flew to Kansas to look at another one. Boy did I have it bad or what?
