This was the first car show I had ever got a throphy at. I took it to everyshow I could attend, just because it was fun to particiapte in them.

This was actually a weekend event, and a 5 hour driove from home, we left a t 2am and were there for breakfast. I had only gone for the one day. This thropy arrived at the post office much to my surprise about 2 weeks later.

There were 2 other real Scramblers there, I'm the one in the middle, the one on my left belonged to a fellow named Bruce from Oregon, and to my right was Joe Buffington's car from Washington. Joe is a good fabricator and body man. He sold his car a few laters to his boss, and then it was his job to restore it. I'll bet that never happens to often. Ouch that had to be painful for poor Joe.

I do not know the where abouts of these 2 cars today.
